For clothing, wear comfortable sports shoes, preferably ones that cover the ankles for more stability during takeoff and landing. Choose clothes that are form-fitting but don't restrict movement, and bring a jacket as it's much colder at high altitudes. Sun protection is essential, as UV rays are strong at high altitudes with direct sun exposure during flight.

Choosing the operator is also important - make sure to select a legitimate, experienced company. Check online reviews to see other tourists' experiences. Price shouldn't be the only consideration; safety and service quality are more important. The company I chose wasn't the cheapest, but their service and safety measures were excellent.
